Procolour Dyeing Service

5. Dyeing charges, turnaround times and payment: a. Procolour charges by the hour for dyeing work ($50 per hour). Dye, chemicals, gas, and courier costs are added extras. Example of  Procolour's dyeing charges: 25 meters of georgette silk dyed to a matched colour would be done in a single uncut piece usually taking up to 2 hours, and the extras would be usually under $20 so this job would cost approximately $120. b. Turnaround time is usually achieved within one week of receiving the dye job. c. Payment is required in full before dyeing work is returned unless other prior payment arrangements have been made. Payments can be received quickest if they are made online directly into the Procolour bank account number 38-9014-0403549-00.
6. Liability: Actually, Procolour has never needed a formalised liability policy be- cause disputes over dyeing dissatisfaction have never arisen. However, it is important to realise that dyeing particularly on used garments is not without difficulty and risk. Procolour will try to convey the risk factor to customers and will expect them to shoulder this risk because Procolour's minimal dyeing charges do not cover outcome liability. So Procolour dyes on an every care but no responsibility conditional basis.
